Senna is a naturally laxative plant.

How to use :

In infusion, at the rate of 3 grams of senna leaves per cup.

Bring the water to a boil and add the senna leaves.

Leave for ten minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat, cover it and let it sit.

Drink a glass of this infusion every morning on an empty stomach. Do not exceed 4 days of consecutive use.
